The only photos I took of our one day fishing in August was of the big squids we hooked instead of salmon. The squid were strong and aggressive; it took Larry 30 minutes to get the first one to the boat. Another time the squid broke free from the lure then immediately went after it again. Larry was able to unhook them in the water so we didn't have to bring them aboard the boat.
