Agate limb casts from along the S Fork of the Crooked River west of Paulina, OR
The juniper-covered hills along the South Fork of the Crooked River west of Paulina are composed of volcanic mudflows containing agatized casts of pieces of driftwood, including an occasional limb or tree trunk and rarely, even a pine cone.
