Photos from hike up Washington via Boott Spur in NH, Oct 21, 2009
During our visit to New Hampshire in October 2009 Eric and I hiked up Mt Washington via Boott Spur. Cool sunny day with summits in the clouds in the morning then again in the afternoon. Snow on the trail above about 3500' but temperatures above freezing except right at the summit. Lots of rime ice on the summit cone.
